The
Pentecost in Jerusalem 2004 Israel Tour organised by Land & Life
was planned to be large scale and the participants were not disappointed. The
recent Pentecost in Jerusalem tour was the largest ever Christian tour group to
visit Israel. In total nearly seven hundred UK Christians travelled to Israel
filling three charter aircraft and travelled around on fifteen buses. The buses
visited many famous sites but also brought the whole tour together for a celebration
on Whit Sunday the day of Pentecost

We
are all familiar with the story of the twelve spies sent in to spy out the Promised
Land. Two returned to report that the land was indeed flowing with milk and honey
(Joshua and Caleb). Ten returned with exaggerated accounts of giants and challenges
